VINYASA 60 MINUTES
A fun and dynamic flow class, choreographed to smooth yoga beats. We like it HOT, and Vinyasa is no exception, the room is a warm 28-30 degrees to heat up the muscles safely, allowing you to move deeper into your body, promoting blood flow and allowing you to sweat.
YIN YOGA
A deeply relaxing practices, designed to melt away tension, open the body and calm the mind. Often incorporating props to aide the body.
Roll & Release; a method of deep tissue self-massage, works into layers of muscle fibre and connective tissue. Reducing pain, dramatically increasing flexibility and stimulating the whole body.
