RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your new purchase.
So, if you don't love it, send it back! 

Heat will gladly accept clothing returns for store credit or refund within 15 days of delivery. All items returned must have their original tags attached, be unused, unworn and in sellable condition.

To request a return, please email hola@heat-active.com and someone will get back to you within 48 hours. 

 

THE PROCESS - AUSTRALIA

1. Start a Return

Email hola@heat-active.com request your return. Make sure to include your order number, the item/s you are wishing to return, as well as if you would like a store credit or Refund.

2. Return Label

Once approved, someone from our team will email you a pre-paid return label. Please use this label to send back your return. Note that $10AUD will be deducted from your return total to cover the cost of return shipping. 

3. Drop Off Your Package to your local Australia Post office

Place new and unused items are ready to return, drop off your package at a nearby AUSPOST location. Heat is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend keeping your tracking number handy so that you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 15 days from delivery.

THE PROCESS - INTERNATIONAL

1. Start a Return

Email  hola@heat-active.com to request your return. Make sure to include your order number, the item/s you are wishing to return, as well as if you would like a store credit or Refund.

2. Return Label

Once your return has been approved, you will need to cover the cost to send back your item/s to our Australian office. Heat does not take responsibility for the cost to return your item/s, and thus this will not be included in your credit or refund.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Select items may be marked "Final Sale", these items cannot be returned once purchased unless deemed faulty. Heat does not accept returns for any items from third-party retailers.
