Meet Alice, a nomadic and passionate soul with a background in architecture and events, and a past life as a dancer and gymnast, Alice brings a diverse tapestry of experiences to her practice.
Drawn to the transformative power of sports, she encountered yoga at the tender age of 17, when she started her path practicing and studying philosophy and Buddhism, setting the stage for a lifelong love affair.
In 2017, Alice, embarked on a journey of self-discovery through the art of yoga, weaving her passion for movement with the wisdom of ancient teachings. Her teaching path began in the timeless streets of Rome, where she underwent her first teacher training, before honing her craft under the guidance of renowned instructor Jason Crandell in the sun-kissed city of San Francisco, California, for her second teacher training, achieving in this way RYT 500 hours of yoga teacher training. She is specialised in Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin yoga, with attention to body anatomy and injuries.
Driven by a deep-seated belief in the interconnectedness of all things, for Alice, yoga is more than just a practice – it is a way of life, a journey of faith. It is the unwavering trust in oneself, in others, and in the ever changing currents of existence.
