At Heat we love to offer our great products at great prices. The savings on our sale prices is compared against our original full retail price that is applied to our product when it was first introduced. It is our reference price for you to compare price savings. As our sale prices can change from time to time, this means when a sale ends, the price may revert back to another sale price as opposed to the original full price. We always stipulate the savings on all sales from our original full retail price. This means the full retail price might not be the price that was offered before the current sale price. Products may also have been on sale for longer than the period at the previous price.
Crossed out price is the original full price. It may not be the price offered immediately before as previous markdowns may have applied. Markdowns may continue for longer than the previous price.
Heat is committed to sustainability, taking various measures to minimize our environmental footprint. As part of this effort, we do not use paper receipts. Our receipt process is consistent with Australia Consumer Law and the comments published by the ACCC on its website.
Heat ships to most destinations around the world via AUSPOST. If you can select your address at checkout, we can deliver to you! If your address can not be entered please provide alternative address details. You can expect to receive your parcel within 5-21 business days of dispatch. We recommend international customers check with their countries customs office prior to ordering, with regards to understanding importing costs that may be liable at your destination country. Our international shipping charges are transport costs only. Heat does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
Orders are normally dispatched within 3 business days of Order Confirmation, subject to all ordered items being in stock. If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email and offer an alternative solution or a refund.
On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify Brave Peace Pty Ltd, as soon as possible. Heat Gift Cards are available for purchase on
www.heatstudios.com.au in a digital form (emailed to the recipient on order) or physical form (posted to a delivery address as specified). For security purposes our maximum Gift Card value to purchase online is $500 AUD. If you wish to purchase a higher amount please contact our Customer Care team. Heat gift cards are valid for use in their country of issue online at www.heatstudios.com.au. Heat gift cards cannot be redeemed at portable Heat events, including warehouse sales. Gift Cards are treated by Heat as a financial instrument for payment for goods and services and operate on a deposit/withdrawal system as per industry standard practices. This means that Heat Gift Cards are provided as a free service to customers and do not contribute toward the calculation of shipping costs or discounts. Heat Gift Cards are not considered as goods or services with a retail price and therefore:
-They do not include GST;
-They cannot be discounted and are not subject to any discounts.
Heat Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
Gift Card purchase amounts are not pre-defined and as the customer you are entitled to choose the amount you wish to spend. Heat cannot accept cancellations on Gift Cards once payment has been processed. Gift cards are not refundable (in part or in full amount paid) or redeemable for cash.
To offer you Afterpay's payment options, we will pass to Afterpay certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, for Afterpay to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you. GENERAL STUDIO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Heat Yoga Byron Bay will make every possible effort to deliver classes and services on time as advertised. However, there may be times when a scheduled class is unable to be delivered.
Classes start on time, please ensure that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class time. The studio can not be responsibly for traffic conditions or otherwise. Late entry is at the discretion of the on duty Teacher or Studio Manager.
Penalty fees apply to class bookings cancelled outside our advertised time frame and for non-attendance to class. Your Credit Card will be charged with the following; $15 late cancellation (within 2hrs before to class), $25 non-attendance. On booking a class, you agree to these terms.
Heat Yoga Byron Bay is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are late, changed or cancelled for any reason, or if you are unable to attend a class because it is full.
Please note that we are not responsible for the safekeeping of your belongings while they are at the studio. Lost property must be collected within 2 weeks, and if left at our studio we are not responsible for these items. After 2 weeks lost property will be taken to Op Shop.
Purchases are final and Heat Yoga Byron Bay does not offer refunds on services or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason.
Passes and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared.
