

My name is Leia, my teaching style is strong and accepting, with a deep encouragement to explore physical & emotional limits, be curious in your body & regulate with breath. My classes will always include pranayama, asana & meditation with a philosophical thread to each sequence.
I completed my first Hatha/ Vinyasa teacher training in Goa, India in 2018. This transformed my relationship with my body, mind & breath. Since then I've delved into Tantric Hatha Yoga, Zenthai Flow, Functional & Primal movement patterns, Yin and Restorative Yoga.
I am a Zenthai Shiatsu Therapist and have acquired 500hrs+ of credited bodywork training through the lens of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine & Osteopathic techniques. I look forward to exploring this beautiful practice with you.
