We want you to love your new purchase. So, if you don't love it, send it back! Heat will gladly accept clothing returns for store credit or refund within 15 days of delivery. All items returned must have their original tags attached, be unused, unworn and in sellable condition. See our full returns policy in our customer care guide.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns. For domestic Australian returns, $10 AUD will be deducted from your refund or credit total to cover the cost of shipping the item/s back to us.

To be sure on the sizing of your purchase, please check our size guide, or the size guide on the product you are wishing to purchase.

We do not mass produce our collections so once an item is sold out it will not be 'restocked' unless it is part of our CORE range.

We do not offer exchanges, however all items can be returned for store credit within 15 days of being delivered. All items are to be returned in their original condition. Your item/s must have all tags attached with no visible signs of damage or wear; pulls, snags, stretching, stains or odour.

If you have received a faulty item, please email us within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please ensure you email an image of the fault & your order number to hola@heat-active.com for review. Please note that faulty items do not include those that have already been worn or damaged as a result of wear.

Heat is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once they are shipped. In addition, packages that are delivered and have not arrived fall in the lost, damaged and stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.
