Hey i’m Lucy! I have been a part of Heat for the last year and I couldn’t love it anymore if I tried! Having completed my mat Pilates training in 2022 and further intensive training at Heat, I am a regular name on the HIIT Pilates class schedule and part of the teaching crew on our online platform, Channel Heat.
