Hey there, I'm Clara - I’m very passionate about all aspects of yoga and I'm thrilled to share this transformative and sacred practice with you!
My teaching style is rooted in Vinyasa, a practice where dynamic movement and mindful breathing come together. In my classes you’ll find a mix of flow and form, integrating strength and flexibility, to leave you feeling both energised and grounded. I like incorporating traditional yoga poses and philosophy with playful variations, inviting exploration and growth on and off the mat.
I also offer Yin Yoga, a place to slow down and turn inward. Deep stretches, meditation and pranayama practices aimed to calm the nervous system and support deep relaxation.
